Harassment in the workplace

Female Barry scares me...
I was mainly expermienting with how I could draw Barry (Betty) Burton as a woman. I think she should like the sort of aunt figure, who bakes cakes for her fellow STARS members (I actually know someone like that)

I'm not used to drawing big women, it's not generally the standard thing for comicbook girls. So I need something good to reference off.

This isn't my best picture of Jim. I'm getting better, especially since I've decided that if Clark is the rugged looking one, Jim should should be the dashing hero. Hopefully I'll have some nice pictures of him up soon.
