Of course. Love Patrick Troughton. And We never would have had Tom Baker were it not for him.

We wouldn't have had anyone if not for him! He kept the show going.

He seems a bit like Eleven. He's brilliant, but also silly and panicky, and yet capable of being serious as well (also, bow ties are cool). And Two had some great companions, too. Zoe is one of my favorite companions of all time, and Jamie is also awesome.

Oh I know. Although now I've seen 'an Adventure in Time and Space', I can't help but feel sad that Hartnell had to leave.

I think Eleven does have a few good Troughton influences.
Oh, I love Zoe and Jamie. Two of my favourites. Just great bouncing them off each other. And I do have a soft spot for Victoria as well, even though she wasn't as strong a companion as Zoe

I've only seen Victoria in one full story, and I didn't like her very much, although I wanted to.

She is rather meek unfortunately. But I forgive her.
If you listen to Evil of the Daleks, you understand why she's like that. She is from the Victorian era and spends most of that story being captured. But she's just an unfortunate girl that happened to get caught up in a much wider scheme that isn't her fault and looses all her family the process. So in the story imediately afterward, Tomb of the Cybermen, the bit where it suddenly slows down and the Doctor gives a speech to comfort her is a really touching moment.

It was a touching moment even without that context, actually.

I have heard that Victoria actually adapts quickly to her surroundings and does some great things. I would really like to see that, but I haven't found anything else with her in it.

I love your answers :D I really like that you had a different Doctor from the Current three, you don't see many of these memes with classic Doctors.

Thanks. Well, I did want to show off some of the old Doctors here. I got the feeling they not not show up as much. And I do love classic Doctor Who

Indeed, the new bloob Daleks are a bit of an eyesore, should've kept with those awesome WWII Daleks

Would you believe me if I said I actually came up with a vague outline of how that story could go?

Ohhh...that ould take a while. Basically any story/fandom in the world I can crossover with Digimon or Warhammer. But I did come up a outline for a story where the Doctor stumbles upon Digimon (in rural England no less). The Doctor's partner looked exactly like himself as a denotion of his egostism/that would be the only partner worthy of him

doctorwhomon? And every evolution is a different incarnation of the doctor? But that would only allow for six of them...

Pherhaps what his digimon partner looks like would change along with him, the evolutions being more triggered by how smartass he feels

Or I suppose if you bring in armour-evolution and side evolutions (I recall some digi's have alternate evolution pathways?) you could probably bring it up to 11. :)

Wait! I've got now. Each Doctor's partner looks the same for most forms but the Doctor carries a digimantel/digiegg which causes an Ultimate armour evolution and each ultimate form looks different depending on the Doctor.

2nd Doctor is amazing!! Although I am mildly surprised at the total lack of Doctor/Jamie clinging- but that's probably because I'm such a huge fan of the character interactions.

And one of the main reasons I so love Matt Smith (besides him being crazy as hell) is that he is so very much like Troughton's Doctor. And not just the outfit- his attitude and how he acts with people reminds me of Two, and I love whenever he says "Quiet Amy" cause it sounds just like Troughton's "Quiet Jamie!"

I love Jamie too, but the meme could only allow for one companion, and I wanted to draw a rather scared 2nd Doctor with Ace. But I have about four favourite companions. My other favourites are Romana and Leela. And I like Zoe too.

I love Matt Smith so far. I hadn't noticed his attitude being like the 2nd Doctor's but I haven't seen as much of his stuff as I would like. I suppose its just another thing to like about him

Uhm... I really don't know... I can't think of one off the top of my head...

Oh! Earthshock, most probably.

I generally just like Sixth Dr and Cyberman stories, as those are the things I'm interested in Doctor Who for. The rest is kinda peripheral to that, but what else I like is mostly here.

I love the second doctor too! It's just too bad so many of his episodes were lost. Even still, I've seen them all, or in most cases, listened.

Good to find another second Doctor fan. It would be good to see his episodes for real again, but he certainly paved the way for Tom Baker's wacky reign.
My favourite episode of his is Evil of the Daleks.

I liked the first one as well (he was my first Doctor, after all), but it was cool they changed his personality as well when he became the second, although it was kinda vague at the time what had happened to him to change.

The new Doctors are so young, could be fun to get an older doc again.

I think it's because the New series was trying to appeal more to children. But Moffatt seems to be driving it more to the let's scare the kids attitude it had in Tom Bakers line. Maybe the next doctor can be a bit older.

I haven't seen the newest Doctor-episodes yet.

But what I would like to see would be episodes with no monsters. Just time-travelling. How come there always are aliens in ancient times? Stories with just historical thingies can be interesting.

Some of the Big Finnish/radio play episodes have have pure historicals. Fires of Vulcan and Doctor Who and the Pirates are some I can think of. The latter was my first DW radio play and it is sheer awesomeness, it may also be the only Doctor Who musical.

I really like the Matt Smith DW's probably why he appears so much in the Meme. I was geared up to be anti-Matt but he won me over by the first episode. There's a nice episode where they visit Van Gogh and they take time out to just relax and appreciate life, I loved it.

My best friend is really into the radio-plays, so I borrow them from him every now and then. There are purely historical ones there.

Oh, Van Gogh? I'm a fan of his. I should get intot he new episodes, but I have been reluctant to. Since I've been dreading what the new Doc is like.

Don't worry! I think he's really good! Someone once said he's a mix of Eccelston and Tennant but without any of the bad bits.

I missed most of his series due to work, but what I did get to watch I liked.
